‘We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.’ – Winston Churchill
It is rightly said by Winston Churchill that we earn to make our living but we can make a life by what we give to the needy person. We all are born to do something for others either directly or indirectly. We all have a choice to help others even after death then why to miss that precious chance. We have the chance to light someone else’s life by donating something of ours. Organ donation is not a tragedy but it can be a beautiful light in the midst of one. Organ donation is the sacred and precious service done by a human being. It is a way for the donor to live in several souls and get blessings forever even after death.
It has been found that a single donor’s body save up to 9 lives. Everyone believe that humans are created by god. When we donate our organs, we can be the second form of god because we are also building a new life. To some of the public population organ donation is a genuine way of saving the life of another, to some it is mistrusted and to others it is not fully understood. Therefore to increase the number of donors, it is very important to be educated because until and unless we are not educated, it becomes difficult for us to understand the true meaning behind it.
We should not think of organ donations as giving up part of yourself to keep a total stranger alive. It is a really total stranger giving up almost all of themselves to keep part of you alive. Be the organ donor because one day your soul becomes immortal, your body gets decomposed, your heartbeat will be no more, but still you can give a life to others.
Therefore always remember…..
